Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out. If you need to return an item, here's our return policy:
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
- Some of our products are made to order, this is clearly noted on each product page. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Period:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues:
- Upon receiving your order, if you discover any defects, damages in transit, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will help us to promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right for you.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To start a return, log into your customer account here: Customer Account or from the profile icon in the homepage header menu.
- After entering your email address, you will be sent a 6 digit verification code to log in. You do not need a password.
- You can then submit a return request for eligible items, select a reason for the return and add a note for the store. Click request return to submit.
- Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted and will not be eligible for refund.
Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once the return request has been approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
