Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out. If you need to return an item or cancel an order, here’s our refund policy:
Exceptions / Non-returnable / Non-refundable items:
- Some of our products are made to order, this is clearly noted on each product page. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Canceling an order before it has shipped:
- If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please Contact Us as soon as possible.
Canceling an order after it has shipped:
- Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled. You may be able to initiate a return, please see our Return Policy.
Damages and issues:
- Upon receiving your order, if you discover any defects, damages in transit, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will help us to promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right for you.
Refund Process:
- Once the refund is processed it may take up to 10 business days to show in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
