Shipping policy

Print on demand products:

• All print on demand products include free shipping. 
• Shipping method will be USPS, UPS or DHL, depending on your location.
• Standard shipping may take between 2 to 8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Order tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.
• Non-print on demand products will be shipped separately and do not include free shipping. 
• We ship to all of the USA, including Hawaii, Alaska and US territories.

 

All other products:

• Shipping options are USPS ground advantage (2-5 Business days) or priority mail (1-3 business days).
• The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout by your location and the quantity of products you order by the designated shipping service.
• Order tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled
• Print on demand products will be shipped separately.
• We ship to all of the USA, including Hawaii, Alaska and US territories.

 

Canceling an order before it has shipped:

• If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

 

Canceling an order after it has shipped:

• Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled. You may be able to initiate a return, please see our Return Policy.

Damages and issues:

• Upon receiving your order, if you discover any defects, damages in transit, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will help us to promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right for you.
